PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of acquiring more accurate location information, concerning the navigation device for acquiring a present location from the location information from a location information transmission unit. SOLUTION: This navigation device 30 is equipped with a location information acquisition part 34 for acquiring the location information from the location information transmission unit 100 for transmitting the location information including the latitude and the longitude of an installation location, a location calculation part 35, and a display part 38. When the location information acquisition part 34 receives new location information to be transmitted from the location information transmission unit 100 from a new location information transmission unit 100, the location calculation part 35 calculates a location in front of the installation location of the location information transmission unit 100 as far as a communication distance as the present location of the navigation device 30 based on the new location information acquired by the location information acquisition part 34.
