A scan driver, a method for driving a scan signal, and an OELD(Organic Electroluminescence Display) device using the same are provided to reduce the size of the OELD device by implementing a scan driver and a pixel unit on a substrate using MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors. Plural stages are series-connected with one another. Each of the stages is operated by receiving clock, subclock, and input signals. A scan driver includes a first signal processing unit. The first signal processing unit stores a first voltage and a second voltage, which is the voltage of the input signal, by the clock and subclock signals(CLK,CLKB), and generates a first output signal, which is used for outputting the first voltage during a time, by the subclock signal and second voltage.
