LIGHT FOR VEHICLE ROOFS

摘要

The present invention refers to a luminaire for vehicle roofs which achieves a uniform light emission over its whole surface stemming from light emitting means disposed round the perimeter on a layered panel. The layered panel is conformed of an outer extractor sheet and a lower diffuser sheet. The light emission around the perimeter on the layered panel may be executed continuously by means of a light guide, which distributes the light emitted by a single light source, or else by means of a plurality of regularly distributed point light sources. The panel and light emitters are housed in the structure of the vehicle supported by the roof panel and by the trim. If the luminaire is provided with a transparent panel it may be used as a sun roof.
