A transmission comprising a transmission case storing a planetary gear mechanism, a traveling system gear transmission mechanism, a differential gear mechanism, and a PTO system clutch mechanism and supporting a HST. The HST is connected to the vehicle longitudinal one side first end wall of the transmission case in such a state that a HST output shaft is positioned on the upper side of a HST input shaft. A plurality of traveling system rotating shafts forming a traveling system transmission route are disposed coaxially with the HST output shaft or on the vehicle lateral one lower side of the HST output shaft.
