RESIN COMPOSITION, AND FILM, SHEET OR LAMINATE FORMED FROM THE SAME

A resin composition comprising (A) at least one copolymer selected from (A1) an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer and (A2) an ethylene/(meth) acrylic acid/(meth)acrylate ester copolymer and (B) polyethylene, the component (A) being contained in an amount of less than 100% by weight and not less than 46% by weight and the component (B) being contained in an amount of more than 0% by weight and not more than 54% by weight based on 100% by weight of the sum of the amounts of the components (A) and (B), and the component (A) containing 0.1 to 5% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid unit. The resin composition is excellent in high speed processability during extrusion laminating and adhesion property to a substrate. Further, the resin composition hardly adheres to an extrusion molding apparatus, and therefore can remarkably reduce the amount of a purging agent and/or a purging resin used in the switching between resin species or resin coloring lots. ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
