A drying apparatus for a product to be dried is provided to dry the product to be dried in low temperature and to prevent quality degradation by allowing the inside of a housing to be vacuum, and drying the product to be dried by microwave. A drying apparatus for a product to be dried comprises a housing(100), a receiving table, a magnetron(30), a waveguide(20) and a pump(140). The housing forms an inlet and an outlet for the product to be dried, and has a door(110) the inlet and the outlet. The receiving table is received in the housing and receives the product to be dried. The magnetron oscillates microwave inside the housing. The waveguide transmits the oscillated the microwave inside the housing. The pump discharges moisture inside the housing evaporated from the product to be dried to the outside and causes the inside of the housing to be vacuum.
