The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. A method for rolled steel producing from carbon steel, in particuular for production of rods comprises the hot rolling on the high-rate wire mill at the temperature of 900-1100 °C, soaking, cooling with water followed by the regulated cooling by air below than temperature of austenitic-pearlitic transformation A, at that the regulated cooling with air is carried out with the cooling rate, which is changed depending on the parameters of cross section of rolled steel, cooling to the temperature of 170-280 °C lower than temperature of austenitic- pearlitic transformation Ais carried out with rate of cooling, equal to (7.1-25.5)·F/P °C/s, and cooling to the temperature of 570-620 °C lower than the temperature of austenitic- pearlitic transformation Ais carried out at cooling rate equal to (1.5-6.0)·F/P °C/s, where F - area of transversal to the cut rental, mm, P - perimeter of transversal to the cut rental, mm. The invention allows to get rod with high physical and chemical properties. |
