The invention relates to area of instrument-making of power gyroscopes, in particular to systems of gyro-stabilization. A gyro-dynamical system has a body (1), a propelling device (2), a gear (3, 4), flywheels that rotate with respect to corresponding local axles (7) and are installed on rotary platform for provision of forced precession with respect to another axle (10) that is placed out of all the flywheels (5, 5a) that are kinematically connected to the body (1|)| through the gear (3, 4). The flywheel (5a) is kinematically connected to the propelling device (2) installed coaxially with respect to the flywheel and the rotary platform is arranged as two parallel discs (8,9) with windows (12) for placement of the flywheels (5, 5a). The discs are connected to each other by spacing frames (13) and rigidity ribs (15). The flywheels (5, 5a) are installed between the parallel discs (8, 9) on bearings (6) that are placed in spacing brackets (13).
