A pneumatic ventilation fan is provided to control a rotation speed of a ventilator blade by properly adjusting the amount of compressed air supplied to a pneumatic motor. A pneumatic ventilation fan comprises a ventilator blade(10) and a pneumatic motor(20). The ventilator blade rotates by receiving rotary force from the pneumatic motor. A noise suppressor(30) is installed at the pneumatic motor to reduce exhaust noise of compressed air discharged when the pneumatic motor is driven. A pneumatic pipe(40) is connected with the pneumatic motor to provide the compressed air to the pneumatic motor. An air adjustment valve(50) is installed at the pneumatic pipe to properly adjust the amount of the compressed air supplied to the pneumatic motor. An opening and closing valve(60) is installed at the pneumatic pipe to adjust supply of the compressed air.
