COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING AND ALLEVIATING ATOPIC DERMATITIS COMPRISING THE EXTRACTS OF PHYSEOLUS RADIATUS AND SOPHORA FLAVESCENS STABILIZED IN NANOLIPOSOME COMPRISING PSEUDOCERAMIDE AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT

A composition comprising pseudoceramide stabilized by nanoliposome is provided to show improved skin permeation property and skin moisturizing property and improve functions of the skin by comprising extracts of Physeolus radiatus and Sophora flavescens with excellent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, thereby being effective for improving and alleviating atopic dermatitis. A cosmetic composition for improving and alleviating atopic dermatitis comprises extracts of Physeolus radiatus and Sophora flavescens stabilized in nanoliposome comprising pseudoceramide represented by the formula(1) as an effective ingredient. In the formula(1), in case of Y is HN(C=O)R, Z is OH, and X is OH, O(P=O)(OH)2 or O(SO2)OH; and in case of Z is HN(C=O)R, Y is OH, and X is OH, O(P=O)(OH)2 or O(SO2)OH, wherein R is C1-40 saturated or unsaturated linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon, provided that R has at least one OH if it is substituted. Regarding the total weight of the composition, 0.1-20.0 wt.% of the nanoliposome is contained. Regarding the total weight of the nanoliposome, 0.001-40 wt.% of each of the extracts of Physeolus radiatus and Sophora flavescens is contained. Further, the cosmetic composition is solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder or oil.
