THE ACCOUNT NUMBER'S SECURITY METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATION BY ENCAPSULATION IDENTIFIER IN INTERNET BANKING ENVIRONMENT

A method for securing an account number with an encapsulated ID is provided to protect a user from an attack caused by security vulnerability of a data transfer line and enable a server to detect a remittance accident caused by illegal modification of the account number inputted for remittance, thereby preventing banking accidents. A random key generator of an authentication or banking server generates a random mapping code, which is updated and changed by the random key generator whenever a session signal is generated by a user. A type of characters corresponding to numbers used as the mapping code is encapsulated. A mapping character corresponding to a dash symbol among the encapsulated characters is encapsulated. The encapsulated code is displayed as a symbol conversion table in an Internet banking service screen of the user. The user inputs/transmits the characters corresponding to a receiver account number through a character conversion panel including the symbol conversion table and an account input panel displaying the numbers. The authentication or banking server checks integrity of the received characters by using an inverse encapsulation key. The banking server progresses remittance by converting the characters into the numbers when the integrity is confirmed.
