A loess interior board manufacturing apparatus is provided to dry loess interior boards easily due to the low moisture content and to execute a temperature and humidity control operation effectively. In a loess interior board manufacturing apparatus, molding material is produced by mixing powder of natural yellow loess crushed in 200~300 meshes in a crusher, and charcoal powder of 1~5wt.% and then mixing the mixture of loess powder and charcoal powder with water at the weight percent of 25:2. The manufacturing apparatus comprises a fixed mold and a movable mold. An apparatus plate is horizontally installed at the upper end of a fixing frame(1). The square fixed mold having a molding surface is attached to the center bottom side of the apparatus plate. The movable mold has a lift plate(5) and a molding frame(6). The lift plate is mounted on a press plate attached on the upper end of an operating rod of a hydraulic cylinder installed at the lower side of the fixed mold, and moving up and down by the hydraulic cylinder. The lift plate is equipped with wheels(52) to move back and forth along guide rails(4) installed at both sides of the press plate. The lift plate is composed of a protruded plate(5a) of the same standard of the fixed mold and a combining groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the protruded plate, and equipped with a handle(53) on the front side. The molding frame has a molding chamber stacked on the combining groove of the lift plate and formed on the protruded plate by a perforated part(6a) inserted by the protruded plate. An operating rod(7a) of a fluid pressure cylinder(7) installed at the bottom of the combining groove of the lift plate is vertically connected to both frames through the combining groove. Holes(6b) are perforated through the frame at both sides connected to the operating rod. Guide bolts(8) vertically protruded from the combining groove are inserted into the holes. A brush(6c) is installed at the rear side of the molding chamber. An interior board is produced by pouring the molding material into a gap between the fixed and movable molds and pressing the molding material at the pressure of 250kg/cm^2.
