A self generating heater is provided to reduce contamination by heating and discharging a heating element with the power of a generator using the turning force of a driving motor. A self generating heater comprises a base, a blower driving device, a power transmission member, and a blower unit. The blower driving device fixed on the upper part of the base includes of a driving motor(15) having a motor shaft with a coupling at one side, a horizontal connection shaft(20) rotated in the coupling, a generator(22) fixed on the upper part of the base at the rear of the driving motor, and a generator shaft(28) horizontally rotated in the generator. The power transmission member connected between the motor shaft and the generator shaft transmits the turning force of the driving motor to the generator. The blower unit includes an impeller rotated in one outer periphery of the horizontal connection shaft, an impeller case(52) in which the impeller is positioned, having a discharging port and a suction port, and an air inlet member fastened to the suction port to introduce air of high temperature into the impeller case.
