An apparatus for preventing drunk-driving is provided to secure safe driving by preventing a drunken driver from turning on an ignition key. An apparatus for preventing drunk-driving(1), comprises a rotation plate(12) integrally mounted to a key module(5) of a vehicle, which is rotated integrally according to rotation of a key(K), a drunk-measurement unit(40) equipped with a sensor measuring alcohol density with breath of a driver and a locking unit(90) equipped with a rod moving according to an output signal of the drunk-measurement unit, which allows the key to rotate and the vehicle to be powered.
