A box equipped in a messenger wire for a communication or broadcasting system is provided to cool heat generated inside and protect inner components even in severe environment, thereby improving reliability. A box equipped in a messenger wire(300) for a communication or broadcasting system includes a pair of clamp connection units(130). The clamp connection unit includes an L-shaped clamp(132), a clamp hinge(134), a coil spring(138), a stopper(136), and a clamp fixing screw(131). The L-shaped clamp fixes the messenger wire. The clamp hinge forms a rotation axis and is installed on one end of the clamp. The coil spring applies elastic force to maintain an open state of the clamp and is installed between the clamp and a body of the box. The stopper blocks rotation of the clamp hinge so that the clamp is not opened at more than a predetermined angle by the elastic force of the coil spring by being installed on a lower end of the clamp hinge. The clamp fixing screw is inserted through an insertion unit(133) formed on the clamp and fixes the clamp by pressing the clamp in a vertical direction.
