<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server improved in services to users by suppressing collection of extra fare by improper use of noncontact IC cards 5 for a user independently owning a noncontact IC card 5 recording commuter pass information and a noncontact IC card 5 recording stored fare information. <P>SOLUTION: The management server 2 stores the two noncontact IC cards 5 in association with each other in a storage part 22. When the user enters a station within a commutation section of a commuter pass owned by the user, and the noncontact IC card 5 having no commuter pass information is used therefor, the management server 2 determines that the noncontact IC card 5 is more likely to be improperly used, and transmits an e-mail for confirming that effect to a cellular phone 6 of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
