<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which cures with high sensitivity, excels in adhesion to a hard surface which is a substrate in a cured area, ensures less residue after development in an uncured area, has good pattern forming property, and excels in temporal stability such as pigment dispersion stability, even when the composition contains a pigment at high concentration; to provide a color filter with a colored pattern formed using the curable composition and excellent in resolution and adhesion to a support; and to provide a production method by which the color filter can be produced with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises (A) a compound having a polyalkyleneoxy chain, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, (D) the pigment and (E) a resin, wherein the pigment (D) has an average primary particle diameter of 5-100 nm and the concentration of the pigment (D) is 30-85 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
