PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical check system for circuit design capable of performing an appropriate electrical check by reducing a workload during a rule check in designing circuits of a PCB and a PWB. SOLUTION: The electrical check system for circuit design for performing a rule check during in designing circuits of a PCB and a PWB is provided with a means for dividing a rule check condition into a plurality of modes and setting the rule check condition, a means for collectively executing a rule check about the plurality of modes, a means for inputting a confirmation result by a designer with respect to an execution result of a stored rule check, and a means for determining whether to be releasable from states of the execution result of the rule check and the confirmation result.
