<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing method and a drawing apparatus for a color filter capable of performing the exposure of large exposure energy onto a panel perimeter part without using a perimeter exposure apparatus and, thereby, capable of reducing an equipment cost, a running cost and a footprint. <P>SOLUTION: In the drawing method for the color filter having a step of performing scanning exposure onto a positive photosensitive film formed on a substrate 1 which moves in the scanning direction by using a scanning exposure apparatus provided with a plurality of exposure heads 2, the positive photosensitive film comprises a plurality of usual exposure regions 11 corresponding to a plurality of panels and perimeter exposure regions 12 corresponding to perimeter parts of the plurality of panels, wherein the exposure onto the perimeter exposure regions 12 is performed with an exposure energy higher than the exposure energy of the exposure onto the usual exposure regions 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
