<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating coil capable of uniformly heating a circular flat surface. <P>SOLUTION: In an induction heating coil for heating a circular flat surface, a coil circuit is formed by linking one terminal 1, lead conductor 2, first parallel conductor 3, link conductor 4, radiation conductor 5, link conductor 6, radiation conductor 7, link conductor 8, linear conductor 9, link conductor 10, radiation conductor 11, link conductor 12, radiation conductor 13, link conductor 14, second parallel conductor 15, other lead conductor 16, and other terminal 17 in that order. The conductors are respectively provided almost in parallel with the heated circular flat surface, but all or any of the radiation conductors 5, 7, 11, 13 and the linear conductor 9 can be separated more from the heated circular flat surface as they go towards the center of the circular flat surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
