PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim structure for a vehicle body preventing a situation in which load acts on a finger tip of a rear seat occupant without deteriorating design around an arm rest. SOLUTION: A movable part 14 energized vehicle backward by elasticity of a spring 18 receives load of a predetermined value or higher due to existence of a finger f or the like at a tip of a rear arm rest 13, and is pushed into a front direction of a vehicle body (inside of a front arm rest 11) with resisting elasticity of the spring 18. Consequently, load of elasticity of the spring 18 or higher is not applied even if the finger f is caught in the rear arm rest if the same has a size within stroke of the movable part 14 (black arrow mark in a figure).
