<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply device for a fuel cell reducing operation noise leaking to the outside while accelerating cooling of a motor and reducing failure and defective operation caused by overheat. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 22 for driving a pump 23 is arranged in the extending line of the end part on a housing chamber 26 side of an intake pipe part 40. Air introduced into the inside of the housing chamber 26 from the intake pipe part 40 is directly blown against the motor 22 and the motor 22 is cooled with the air introduced into the housing chamber 26. As a result, to shut off noise generated from the motor 22 and the pump 23, even if the motor 22 and the pump 23 are housed on the inside of the housing 21, overheat of the motor 22 is suppressed. Defective operation of the motor 22 caused by overheat is prevented and at the same time, noise leaking to the outside is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
