<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stability mainly for mounting a hinged structure by reducing or removing the necessity of the hinged structure for supporting the load transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A hinged orthopaedic knee prosthesis includes a femoral component, a tibial component, and a bearing component positioned between the femoral and tibial components.
