PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation air conditioner allowing use of a room other than a bathroom as a clothes drying room for efficiently drying clothes through the year and heating/cooling a room. SOLUTION: The ventilation air conditioner 1 is constructed of a first circulation air passage 7 having a first intake port 2, a first blow port 3, and a first fan 6, a second circulation air passage 9 having a second intake port 4, a second blow port 5, and a second fan 8, an exhaust air passage 10 connected to the second circulation air passage 9, an air passage switching means 11, and a refrigerant circuit including a first heat exchanger 13 and a second heat exchanger 15. When the air passage switching means 11 is set to a condition a shown in Fig.1, moisture in a room can be removed. When the air passage switching means 11 is set to a condition b shown in Fig.1, the room is heated/cooled. When a switch is carried out between dehumidifying operation, heating operation, and ventilation/air blowing operation for drying clothes, the clothes can be quickly dried while saving energy in both summer and winter.
