PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver and an integrated circuit device that can be improved in yield and also reliability. SOLUTION: The output driver has a terminal resistance R104 which has one end connected to a power source of a first polarity, a current source 41 such that one end of a current path is connected to the other end of the terminal resistance and the other end of the current path is connected to a second power source of a second polarity, and an inner resistance formed of the same material with an external resistance and the terminal resistance, and is equipped with a current generating circuit 55 which generates a first current I1 having a value in inverse proportion to the resistance value of the inner resistance and a second current I2 having a value in inverse proportion to the resistance value of the external resistance, and a bias circuit 36 which supplies a bias current generated by mixing the first and second currents with each other to a control the terminal of the current source.
