PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective adhesive film having small shrinkage due to curing, excellent resilience-proof, high hardness even at a thin thickness and high scratch resistance. SOLUTION: This protective adhesive film is produced from an active energy ray curable resin composition comprising an urethane acrylate obtained by an addition reaction of a polyisocyanate with an acrylate having one hydroxyl group and two or more (meth)acryloyl groups, and a (meth)acrylate polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group side chain, as a protective layer.
