PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a resin composition having a low refractive index and a low gelation ratio and a multilayered laminate film having a small photoelastic coefficient and exhibiting excellent light reflectivity using the same. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises at least an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid component and an alicylic diol component, contains a titanium compound as a polycondensation catalyst, and has a glass transition temperature (hereinafter referred to as Tg) within the range of 65-90°C, a refractive index of 1.500-1.570 for the sodium D line, a titanium atom content of 0.5-50 ppm and a gelation ratio of at most 50%.
