An apparatus for inspecting a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) having a tilt prevention unit is provided to prevent damage of compressing points and probe pins by maintaining the compressing plate horizontally. An apparatus for inspecting a PCB having a tilt prevention unit includes a body(10), a vertical frame(21), a horizontal frame(22), a guide rod(30), a compressing plate(40), and a tilt prevention unit. The body includes probe pins mounted on an upper part thereof for inspection of the PCB, several buttons, and a display. The vertical frame is coupled to the body. The horizontal frame is coupled to an upper part of the vertical frame. The guide rod connects the body and the horizontal frame in the rear of the probe pins. The compressing plate is slid vertically along the guide rod and includes compressing pins mounted on a lower part thereof. The compressing pins compress the PCB during inspection. The tilt prevention unit prevents the compressing plate from being tilted.
