<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building management apparatus which avoids double development on a building management system side and an equipment system side. <P>SOLUTION: The building management apparatus is equipped with an air-conditioning equipment controller 2A which functions as a server that has a control function and control information for controlling air-conditioning equipment installed in a building and provides those control function and control information for a client, a lighting equipment controller 6A which serves as a server that has a control function and control information for controlling lighting equipment and provides those control function and control information for the client, a central monitoring apparatus 9A which functions as the client that performs equipment management by making good use of the control functions and control information of the air-conditioning equipment controller 2A and lighting equipment controller 6A, and an interface apparatus 15 which allows communication between the equipment controller 2A and the central monitor apparatus 9A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
