<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a cover body and a link device and to reduce manufacturing cost while reducing an operator's burden in opening/closing the cover body in an opening/closing device for an underfloor storage. <P>SOLUTION: One end parts of first and second links 12, 18 are pivoted to a Tatami mat 4 covering an opening 3 of the underfloor storage 1. The first and second links 12, 18 are connected by a connecting link 21, and a roller 19 provided at the other end of the second link 18 is engaged into a slide groove 11. A piston rod 8 of an air cylinder 6 for lifting the Tatami mat 4 is pivoted to a leg part 14 of the first link 12.
