PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the heat-island effect acknowledged today as a problem by remodeling a public bus operated during daytime with few passengers or a sightseeing bus with comparatively few passengers such that they can continuously or intermittently sprinkle water on a traveling road surface appropriately. SOLUTION: A part of or all the backmost seats in the public bus or sightseeing bus are removed, and a water storage tank is arranged in an empty space. Water stored in the water storage tank is sprinkled continuously or intermittently on the road from a vehicle rear part through a discharge pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
