PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cooperatively carry a single article by a pair of article carrying devices cooperatively while a pair of lift bodies keeps a set relative height relationship. SOLUTION: The pair of article carrying devices 3 are structured to be able to cooperatively carry a single article C in a sharing support form where the single article C is shared and supported by a pair of lift bodies 11 in a state where a pair of traveling bodies 9 provided for them are arranged at a set distance in the longitudinal direction of a traveling route, and the pair of lift bodies 11 provided for them are brought into a set relative height relationship. A control means is structured to adjust a relative vertical movement speed of the pair of lift bodies 11 so that the pair of lift bodies 11 keep the set relative height relationship based on relative tilt information of a pair of vertical movement guide masts 10 in the pair of article carrying devices 3 when the single article C is cooperatively carried by the pair of article carrying devices 3.
