PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive film exhibiting a stable adhesion to resin substrates and a high refractive index after cured. SOLUTION: The photo-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive film 1, 2 has pressure-sensitive adhesivity, when photo-curable adhesive layers 11 and 21 remain uncured and loses the pressure-sensitive adhesivity, after they are cured. The photo-curable adhesive layer comprises a resin composition containing (A) an unreactive polymer with a glass transition temperature of≥60°C and≤180°C, (B) a monofunctional acrylate having a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group or a benzene ring, (C) a multifunctional acrylate and (D) a polymerization initiator. When the amount (mass part) of (A) represents (Awt), the amount (mass part) of component (B) (Bwt) and the amount (mass part) of (C) (Cwt) in the resin composition components, formula (1): 0.3≤(Awt)/ä(Awt)+(Bwt)+(Cwt)}≤0.7 is satisfied.
