PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure a pad for cleaning to a printer. SOLUTION: The pad holder is equipped with a pad case 23, a holding member 23 which holds the pad case 23, and a coating member 222. The pad case 23 has projections 232a which are inserted to pass through a plurality of holes 25a opened at both ends of the pad for cleaning 25. The pad case 23 stores the pad for cleaning. The coating member 222 covers the projections 232a of the pad case 23 and holds the pad for cleaning 25 at the pad case 23 by preventing the pad for cleaning 25 from falling off the projections 232a.
