PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary die cutting device capable of preventing an ejection path such as a hollow portion of a die roll from being clogged with punched wastes resulted from punching tags set adjacent with each other. SOLUTION: The die roll 20 provided with a hollow portion 25 is equipped with: a cutting-off blade 241 formed on a peripheral surface of the die roll 20 for cutting corners of odd shaped tags 50 located adjacent in front, rear, left and right directions and for punching an area enclosed by the corners of the odd shaped tags 50 located adjacent in front, rear, left and right directions; the ejection path 232 for leading the punched wastes 70 punched out by the cutting-off blade 241 to the hollow portion 25 of the die roll 20; and a cutting blade 244 fitted in the ejection path 232 and used for cutting the punched wastes 70, having been punched by the cutting-off blade 241, into a plurality of pieces. The punched wastes 70 cut into the plurality of pieces by the cutting blade 244 provided in the ejection path 243 are removed through the hollow portion 25 of the die roll 20.
