PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loader for gradually decelerating the function as a vehicle approaches a dangerous operation state or a load state. SOLUTION: This loader has a hydraulic operative extension arm, a sensor 66 for monitoring the load state, and a hydraulic mechanism 36 for operating the extension arm and/or a tool installed on the extension arm. The hydraulic mechanism 36 has at least one hydraulic operative control device 42, a hydraulic mechanical operation device 34 for generating a hydraulic control pressure signal for at least the one control device 34, an electronic control unit 64, and a means 62 for changing control pressure.
