A rotating machine is provided to generate gravity by using a magnet such that the wheel of a machine is rotated. A machine rotates by using a magnetic-gravity without an external energy to operate a power generator so that electricity is generated. 14 magnets are attached to wheels, respectively. Seven magnets are attached to a right wheel, and seven magnets are attached to a left wheel. 70% weight of seven magnets provided at the left side of the wheel is supported by N polarity of a magnet, so that the seven magnets are lifted, and 70% weight of seven magnets at the right side of the wheel moves down by the N polarity of the magnet, so that the wheels rotate rightward with 140% gravity.
