HOLOGRAM RECORDING APPARATUS, HOLOGRAM RECORDING METHOD AND OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram recording apparatus that can record and reproduce digital data as holograms at a high SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio); and to provide a hologram recording method therefor.

SOLUTION: Signal light, where a plurality of arranged reversal regions is arranged in which lightness and darkness of multiple pixels of a light and dark image is reversed for an intensity distribution indicating digital data with the light and dark image, is Fourier-transformed; the Fourier-transformed signal light and reference light are radiated onto an optical recording medium; and the signal light is recorded as a hologram.
