<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of information transmission, and to achieve low power consumption in an information processing system for performing control through radio communication. <P>SOLUTION: A commander 400 is provided with a plurality of infrared transmission parts 403A and 403B which have physical layouts different from each other and transmit command data including self-specification information to achieve self-specification by infrared communication, wherein the transmission history data of the command data are stored, and reception history data in an information providing device 200 are received from the information providing device 200, and transmission by the plurality of infrared transmission parts 403A and 403B is controlled based on the transmission history and the reception history. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
