PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling method comprising making dry condition of the periphery and the center part of a tray almost equal to each other so as to aim at uniformizing the raising seedlings. SOLUTION: The raising seedling method comprises placing a tray 1 where seedlings (A) is planted on a water-permeable supporting table 3 so as to arrange the tray in such a formation as to make the center part three-dimensionally high, equalizing the water content of culture soil in a pot part 2 all over the tray 1 so as to uniformize the growth of the seedlings (A).
