PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polymerelectrolyte membrane, which can easily obtain a polymerelectrolyte film, having superior ionic conductivity in the direction of membrane thickness.

SOLUTION: The preferred method of manufacturing the polymerelectrolyte film manufactures a polymerelectrolyte film having a micro phase separation structure and includes an evaporation process to evaporate solvent from a solution containing a polymerelectrolyte, having an ion-conducting group. In the evaporation process, 60 minutes or shorter is set as the time period starting from the beginning of the evaporation of solvent to the completion thereof.
