PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-organization information retrieval system capable of efficiently sharing and retrieving contents. SOLUTION: A server 1 is provided with: a retrieved result display means 23 for displaying added information of contents in the descending order of importance when access authority given to retrieved contents coincides with member's access authority; a bookmark registration means 25 for registering contents which can be frequently read and referred to by the member in a bookmark holder; a bookmark display means 26 for displaying the added information of the contents registered in the bookmark holder when the access authority given to the contents coincides with the member's access authority; and an importance calculation means 14 for calculating the importance of the contents on the basis of the number of members who have registered the contents in the bookmark and calculating the importance of the contents by considering usefulness and the number of contents registered in the bookmark by the member for each member.
