<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidative composition for dieting, having an antioxidative effect for removing active oxygen and capable of obtaining an excellent dieting effect. <P>SOLUTION: This antioxidative composition for dieting is provided by incorporating platinum nanocolloid, a compounded fermented material of lactobacillus, yeast and acetobacter, an α-lipoacid, and L-carnitine, its salt or its derivative as active ingredients. The platinum nanocolloid obtained by adding alginic acid and/or its salt and a cyclodextrin as base materials and preparing powder by spray-drying the mixture is used preferably.
