<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device integrating an existing energy extraction system to minimize heat loss and enhance the efficiency of the system. <P>SOLUTION: The device (12) is constructed to generate a high-speed fluid flow (18) by introducing a pressurized flow along a Coanda profile (54) and causing an additional fluid flow (16) to accompany it.
