PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal box capable of suppressing dropping of dew condensation water to a terminal even if much of it occurs, and capable of suppressing the due condensation water from remaining around a terminal stage to make the terminal flooded, and to provide a motor equipped with the terminal box. SOLUTION: The terminal box comprises a terminal stage for electrically connecting the terminals together, and a terminal box body which covers the terminal stage. The terminal box body comprises a slope on the inner surface of the upper wall of the terminal box body. A part of the terminal box body located below the upper surface of the terminal stage has a communication hole which connects the inside part and the outside part of the terminal box body together.
