PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a separation membrane which is excellent in water permeability, anti-fouling properties and easy detergency. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the separation membrane comprises a step of performing the discharge treatment in atmosphere in which perfluorocarbon (A), and an oxygen-containing substance (B) having an oxygen atom exist and not having both of a C-H bond and any halogen atom exist on the surface of a porous membrane.
