PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method suitable for heat-treatment of a known nickel-based superalloy which enables a problem-free, complete solution treatment (soaking treatment for melting precipitated components), is used for manufacturing a single-crystal component (SX alloy) or a component (DS alloy) having an unidirectionally-solidified structure and has a particular chemical composition. SOLUTION: In the first step, the proportion of an undissolvedγ'phase in residual eutectic is adjusted to 5-10%. The method enables adjustment of the content of an intentionally-undissolvedγphase, independent of the temperature selected for a partial solution treatment, and is capable of increasing the tolerances for disorientation at grain boundaries with a small angle.
