PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding die which can improve the quality of a molded article without leaving a gate mark on the flange thereof, and to provide a synthetic resin-made molded article with flange. SOLUTION: The injection molding die comprises: a fixed die 13; a movable die 14 capable of coming into contact with and separating from the fixed die 13; a cavity 26 which has a body portion-molding cavity part 27 arranged between the fixed die 13 and the movable die 14 and a flange part-molding cavity part 28 on the opening edge of the cavity part 27 for molding a molded article A with flange; a hot runner 16 having a resin passage 17 communicating with a resin injection port provided to the fixed die 13; and an edge gate 19 provided to the hot runner 16 for filling the cavity 26 with a molten resin. Besides, in the flange-molding cavity part 28, a rib-molding cavity part 28a for molding a rib A3 protruding in the axial direction of a body portion A2 is provided to a part of the flange A1 of the molded article A with flange. A shirring wall A4 is formed in the thickness direction of the flange A1, and the openings 21a and 21b of the edge gate 19 are provided facing the shirring wall A4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
