PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of preventing a urinal from becoming dirty due to a man's urination likely to scatter urine in a wide scope. SOLUTION: Since this sanitary washing device is provided with a jetting means 8 for jetting water into the urinal and a target display means 9 for displaying a target for urination when a man urinates in a water stored part in the urinal, this device operates to wet a wide part of an inner face of the urinal before a user urinates, prevent the urine scattered into parts other than the water stored part in the urinal from adhering to the toilet device and being left, and guide the user to urinate into the water stored part by a target, thereby preventing urine from being scattered by itself and keeping the urinal in a clean condition.
