PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof trousers with shoes covers designed so as to cover shoes with shoes covers only when needed and house the covers in a trouser main body when unnecessary, easy to house the shoes covers even when the shoes covers comprise long ones, and preventing the covers from outstanding or lying in the way when housed. SOLUTION: The waterproof trousers with shoes covers have the following structure: the upper ends 2a of almost cylindrical shaped shoes covers 2 are fixed to trouser bottoms 3 so as to form extension parts of the trouser bottoms 3; the shoes covers 2 are upwardly folded back so as to cover the outer sides of trouser bottom parts 4 with a supporting point on the trouser bottoms 3, and fixed to the outer peripheries of the trousers via a pair of holding tools equipped at the trousers and the shoes covers; and peaked parts 5 are formed around the outer peripheries of the trousers so as to cover the open end parts of the folded back shoes covers.
